Being an 11 time recipient of the Ford President’s Award, he loves to empower his customers through education so that they enjoy their service experience as much as possible so that they are left with a desire to want to return to do business with Auto House in the future. Originally from Colorado, Mr. Ross grew up in the in off-road community riding motocross since he was young. Above and beyond everything else, he devotes much of his time to his beautiful wife, and three children who also enjoy the outdoors with him.
